This document describes the features and characteristics of the 74V1G86 high-speed CMOS single exclusive OR gate. The gate has features such as high speed, low power dissipation, high noise immunity, power down protection on inputs, balanced propagation delays, etc. It operates in a voltage range of 2V to 5.5V and has improved latch-up immunity. The gate can be used for interfacing between 5V and 3V.
