STMicroelectronics M48T58/M48T58Y 5.0V 64 Kbit TIMEKEEPER SRAM Datasheet
The M48T58/M48T58Y is a non-volatile static RAM and real-time clock integrated on a single silicon chip. It is available in a 28-pin CAPHAT DIP package containing the silicon, quartz crystal, and lithium battery, or as a 28-lead SOIC package with separate SNAPHAT housing for the battery and crystal. The device provides BYTEWIDE clock access and is pin and function compatible with JEDEC standard 8 Kb x 8 SRAMs.
