STMicroelectronics L99PM62XP Power Management IC Datasheet
The L99PM62XP is a power management system IC designed for automotive electronic control units (ECUs), such as door zone and body control modules. It integrates two low-dropout voltage regulators to supply microcontrollers and peripherals, along with enhanced system standby functionality including programmable local and remote wake-up capabilities.
The device features a complete 3-channel contact monitoring interface with programmable cyclic sense functionality and an ST SPI interface for mode control and diagnosis. It includes five fully protected high-side drivers with an internal 4-channel PWM generator, two low-side drivers with active zener clamping, and two operational amplifiers with rail-to-rail outputs. Additionally, it provides LIN 2.1 compliant transceiver support and an advanced high-speed CAN transceiver compliant with ISO 11898-2/-5 and SAE J2284.
