The EVAL5985 demonstration board is a fully functional step-down switching regulator with an output current of up to 2A. It has an input voltage range of 2.9V to 18V, adjustable output voltage from 0.6V to 16V, programmable switching frequency up to 1MHz, internal soft-start and inhibit features, low dropout operation with 100% duty cycle, zero-load current operation, and over-current and thermal protection.
