Analog Devices ADG428/ADG429 Datasheet
The Analog Devices ADG428 and ADG429 are monolithic CMOS analog multiplexers comprising eight single channels and four differential channels, respectively. These devices feature an enhanced LC2MOS process that provides low power dissipation, high switching speed, and low on-resistance of 60 Ω typical.
Designed for microprocessor-controlled systems, the ADG428/ADG429 include on-chip address and control latches compatible with TTL logic. They are suitable for applications such as automatic test equipment (ATE), data acquisition systems, communication systems, and medical instrumentation.
