Analog Devices ADG438F/ADG439F Analog Multiplexer Datasheet

Analog Devices ADG438F/ADG439F Analog Multiplexer Datasheet

Datasheet 8 pages · 132 KB · EN

The ADG438F (8‑channel) and ADG439F (4‑channel differential) are CMOS analog multiplexers designed for high‑reliability applications such as data acquisition, industrial control, avionics test equipment and signal routing. They feature fast switching (tON 200 ns typical), break‑before‑make operation, low on‑resistance and built‑in fault protection that turns all channels off when an over‑voltage occurs.

Key specifications include a supply voltage range up to +44 V, continuous over‑voltage tolerance from –40 V to +55 V, typical on‑resistance of 400 Ω, source/off leakage currents as low as –0.01 nA, and an operating temperature range of –40 °C to +105 °C. The devices are offered in 16‑lead plastic DIP (N‑16) and SOIC (R‑16N, R‑16W) packages.
