STMicroelectronics ST7540 Datasheet
The ST7540 is a half-duplex frequency shift keying (FSK) transceiver designed for power line communication network applications. It features an integrated power line driver with programmable voltage and current control, as well as synchronous or asynchronous mains access capabilities.
The device operates from a single supply voltage ranging from 7.5V to 13.5V and integrates two linear regulators providing up to 50mA each for 5V and 3.3V digital supplies. It supports programmable transmission frequencies, baud rates up to 4800BPS, and includes functions such as carrier detection, band in use detection, and a watchdog timer.
