The M48T35/Y TIMEKEEPER® RAM is a non-volatile static RAM and real-time clock device available in two special packages: the CAPHAT™ DIP package (silicon, quartz crystal, and lithium button cell) and the SOIC package with separate SNAPHAT® housing for battery and crystal. It provides a highly integrated solution for timekeeping applications.
