STMicroelectronics M41ST87Y/M41ST87W Secure Serial RTC and NVRAM Supervisor Datasheet
The M41ST87Y and M41ST87W are low-power, static CMOS SRAM devices designed as secure serial RTC and NVRAM supervisors. They feature a built-in 32.768 kHz oscillator with an embedded crystal (in the SOIC package) and 128 bytes of clearable, general-purpose NVRAM. The devices support 5.0 V, 3.3 V, or 3.0 V operation and include security features such as tamper detection circuits with timestamping and automatic RAM clearing.
