STMicroelectronics LED7707 Manuals

The LED7707 is a monolithic LED driver with 6 controlled current rows specifically designed to supply LED arrays used in the backlighting of LCD panels. It features a high efficiency boost converter, an output voltage up to 36 V, can manage up to 85 mA of current and can be dimmed via a PWM signal. The device allows to detect and manage the open and shorted LED faults and to let unused rows floating. Basic protections (output over-voltage, internal MOSFET over-current, thermal shutdown) ensure the reliability of the device.
