STMicroelectronics L7800 Series Positive Voltage Regulator Datasheet
The L7800 series are three‑terminal positive voltage regulators offered in TO‑220, TO‑220FP, TO‑220FM, TO‑3 and DPAK packages. They deliver fixed output voltages ranging from 5 V to 24 V and can supply up to 1.5 A when adequate heat sinking is provided.
