STMicroelectronics LM236-LM336 2.5V Voltage Reference Datasheet

Datasheet 15 pages · 423 KB · EN

The LM236 and LM336 are precision 2.5V regulator diodes designed to operate like Zener diodes with a low temperature coefficient and a dynamic impedance of 0.20 Ω. These monolithic ICs feature a wide operating current range from 400 µA to 10 mA and are available in plastic TO-92 packages. A third pin allows for the adjustment of the reference voltage and the temperature coefficient to optimize circuit performance.
