L6926 is a high efficiency monolithic synchronous step down regulator, which features internal synchronous switch, supports 2V to 5.5V battery input range, max output current is 800mA, output voltage can be selected by an external divider down to 0.6V, switching frequency is 600kHz, external clock frequency range is 500kHz to 1.4MHz. It is suitable for battery powered equipment, portable instruments, cellular phones, PDAs and hand held terminals, DSC and GPS etc.

The L6926 is a high efficiency monolithic synchronous step-down regulator from STMicroelectronics. It integrates a high voltage MOSFET and a synchronous rectifier and can operate at 100% duty cycle, delivering up to 800mA of continuous output current and regulating the output voltage from 0.6V to VIN. This device is designed using BCDV technology and has a low quiescent current (25μA) and shutdown current (0.2μA), making it very suitable for battery-powered equipment such as PDAs, handheld terminals, DSCs (digital still cameras) and cell phones.
