STMicroelectronics CR95HF 13.56-MHz Multi-Protocol Contactless Transceiver IC Datasheet
The CR95HF is an integrated transceiver IC designed for contactless applications such as Near Field Communication (NFC), proximity, and vicinity standards. It manages frame coding and decoding in Reader mode and embeds an Analog Front End (AFE) to provide the 13.56 MHz Air Interface.
The device supports multiple communication protocols including ISO/IEC 14443 Type A and B, ISO/IEC 15693, ISO/IEC 18092, and various NFC Forum tag types. It features dedicated internal frame controllers, optimized power management with multiple low-consumption states, and a 256-byte command buffer (FIFO). The IC is available in a 32-lead, 5x5 mm VFQFPN package.
