The ADG1204 is a 4:1 CMOS multiplexer fabricated in the iCMOS process. It features a 2 pF switch offset capacitance and 1 pC switch charge injection, a supply voltage range of 33 V, fully specified at +12 V and ±15 V, no VL supply required, 3 V logic-compatible inputs, a 120 ohm on resistance, and rail-to-rail operation.
