The ADG1236 is a low leakage dual SPDT switch that utilizes the iCMOS process, supports ±15V/12V power, 1.3pF of switch OFF capacitance, 3.5pF of switch ON capacitance, 1pC of switch charge injection, 120Ω of switch resistance, and is suitable for automatic test equipment, data acquisition systems, battery-powered systems, sample and hold systems, audio/video signal routing, and communication systems.
