Analog Devices ADG1233/ADG1234 Datasheet
The ADG1233 and ADG1234 are monolithic iCMOS analog switches that provide three (ADG1233) or four (ADG1234) independently selectable SPDT channels. They feature break‑before‑make switching, an enable input, and rail‑to‑rail operation, making them suitable for audio, video, data‑acquisition, and battery‑powered applications.
Key specifications include ultra‑low off‑capacitance (1.5 pF), very low charge injection (0.5 pC), typical on‑resistance of 120 Ω, and a 33 V supply range. The devices are offered in 16‑lead TSSOP, 20‑lead TSSOP, and 4 mm × 4 mm LFCSP packages.
