ADG1211/ADG1212/ADG1213 are low-power, low-capacitance, low-charge injection ICMOS quad SPST switches with ±15V/+12V operating voltage range, featuring 1pF switch off capacitance, 2.6pF switch on capacitance, <1pC switch charge injection, 33V supply range, 120Ω switch on resistance, 3V logic compatible input, no VL supply requirement, support Rail-to-Rail operation, with 16-lead TSSOP and 16-lead LFCSP packages.

ADG1211/ADG1212/ADG1213 are low capacitance, low charge injection, ±15 V/+12 V iCMOS™ quad single-pole single-throw switches. The 1 pF switch off capacitance and 2.6 pF switch on capacitance make them ideal for applications demanding extremely low capacitance such as automatic test equipment, data acquisition systems, and portable systems.
