About this manual

The ADG1204 is a CMOS analog multiplexer offering four single channels with ultra‑low off‑capacitance (1.5 pF) and charge injection (<1 pC). It operates with either dual supplies (+15 V/–15 V) or a single 12 V supply, providing on‑resistance of 120 Ω (dual) or 300 Ω (single) and typical power consumption below 0.03 µW.

Designed for automatic test equipment, data acquisition, battery‑powered instruments, sample‑and‑hold, audio, video and communication systems, the device features 3‑V logic‑compatible inputs, break‑before‑make switching, and high bandwidth up to 800 MHz (dual) or 550 MHz (single). Pin configurations for TSSOP and LFCSP packages are detailed, along with terminology and absolute maximum ratings.
