STMicroelectronics SPIRIT1 Sub-1GHz Transceiver Datasheet
The SPIRIT1 is a very low-power RF transceiver designed for wireless applications in the sub-1 GHz band. It operates in license-free ISM and SRD frequency bands (169, 315, 433, 868, and 915 MHz) and can be programmed for other frequencies between 150-956 MHz. The device supports data rates from 1 to 500 kbps and various modulation schemes including 2-FSK, GFSK, MSK, GMSK, OOK, and ASK.
