FODM8801X is a high-temperature phototransistor optocoupler that utilizes patented process technology to achieve a high operating temperature of up to 125°C. It has excellent CTR linearity at high temperature and CTR at very low input current. It also has a reliable isolation voltage of 3750 VACRMS and a compact 4-pin package.
