FODM8801X is a high-temperature phototransistor optocoupler that utilizes patented process technology to achieve a high operating temperature of up to 125°C. It has excellent CTR linearity at high temperature and CTR at very low input current. It also has a reliable isolation voltage of 3750 VACRMS and a compact 4-pin package.
The FODM8801X series consists of aluminum gallium arsenide infrared light-emitting diodes optically coupled to phototransistors. These devices utilize patented process technology to achieve high operating temperatures up to 125°C and offer excellent current transfer ratio (CTR) linearity at high temperatures.
The components are housed in a compact half-pitch, mini-flat, 4-pin package with a lead pitch of 1.27mm and a maximum standoff height of 2.4mm. They provide an input-output isolation voltage rated at 3,750 VAC RMS for 1 minute, complying with UL1577 standards.
