The FODM8061 is a high-speed optocoupler in S05 miniature flatpack with high isolation voltage capability, its optical input is a AlGaAs LED coupled to a bipolar integrated logic-compatible high-speed receiver. The open-collector, Schottky clamped transistor of the optocoupler ensures its output is compatible with a wide range of logic families, and its key AC and DC characteristics are guaranteed over the -40°C to +110°C operating temperature range.
