Agilent ZORBAX SB-C8 RRHT Threaded Column Datasheet
This document describes the Agilent ZORBAX SB-C8 RRHT threaded columns, which are engineered for high-pressure liquid chromatography (HPLC) operations up to 600 bar. The columns utilize StableBond technology, featuring a sterically-protected C8 stationary phase chemically bonded to high-purity ZORBAX porous silica microspheres. This design reduces the adsorption of basic compounds and provides enhanced stability against aggressive mobile phases, including those with low pH or high ionic strength, as well as elevated temperatures up to 80 °C.
