Agilent SS420x Interface User's Guide
The Agilent SS420x is an intelligent instrument interface box designed to collect analog data and input/output digital signals. It attaches to a controlling computer via a standard RS-232C serial interface, containing the circuitry of the 55420 interface card along with additional processing capabilities.
