Agilent HFBR-0400 Manuals

This document introduces the HFBR series of low-cost, miniature fiber optic components, including transmitters and receivers. These components are directly compatible with popular industry-standard connectors such as ST, SMA, SC, and FC, and are available in multiple fiber sizes. The products meet the IEEE 802.3 Ethernet and 802.5 Token Ring standards, support various signal rates and link distances, and have high reliability and wide applications.

Agilent HFBR-0400, HFBR-14xx, and HFBR-24xx series are low-cost, miniature fiber optic components that provide high-performance fiber optic communication links for information systems and industrial applications with link distances of up to 2.7 kilometers. They are compatible with popular industry-standard connectors, including ST®, SMA, SC, and FC. The components are specified with multiple fiber sizes, including 50/125 µm, 62.5/125 µm, 100/140 µm, and 200 µm. The HFBR-14x4 high-power transmitter and HFBR-24x6 125 MHz receiver are optimized for 100 Base-SX. Complete evaluation kits and connectored cables are available for ST product offerings.
