Agilent Infiniium 9000 Series Oscilloscope Technology Data
The Infiniium 9000 series is a three‑in‑one test instrument that combines an oscilloscope, logic analyzer and protocol analyzer. It offers up to 4 GHz analog bandwidth, 20 GSa/s sampling, and deep per‑channel memory, making it suitable for a wide range of debugging and measurement tasks.
The series features a 15‑inch XGA LCD display, a compact 9‑inch depth and a weight of only 26 lb (11.8 kg). Various optional software modules provide protocol‑level triggering and decoding for I²C, SPI, UART, USB, CAN, PCIe, MIPI‑D‑Phy and more, while upgrade kits allow bandwidth and memory expansion. This manual is written in Chinese.
