Agilent InfiniiVision 5000 Series Portable Oscilloscope Data Sheet
The InfiniiVision 5000 Series portable oscilloscopes combine Agilent's MegaZoom III deep memory, fast update rates, and high‑definition XGA display in a compact, battery‑operated form factor. Available with 100 MHz, 300 MHz, or 500 MHz bandwidth, they offer 2 or 4 input channels, up to 12‑bit vertical resolution, and real‑time update rates of up to 100,000 waveforms per second.
A wide range of software options and accessories are supported, including CAN/LIN, I²C/SPI, FlexRay, MIL‑STD‑1553, and high‑voltage probes. The scopes feature USB, LAN, GPIB, and LXI connectivity, as well as an embedded help system in 11 languages and optional secure‑environment mode for compliance with NISPOM requirements.
