Agilent 6000 Series Oscilloscope User Manual
The Agilent 6000 series oscilloscopes provide high‑performance mixed‑signal measurement with options ranging from 100 MHz to 1 GHz bandwidth. Models include 2‑channel or 4‑channel digital storage oscilloscopes (DSO) and mixed‑signal oscilloscopes (MSO) with additional 16 digital channels.
The instruments feature MegaZoom II deep‑memory up to 8 Mpts, XGA (1024 × 768) color display, 100 k waveforms/s update rate, and extensive connectivity (USB, Ethernet LAN, GPIB). Integrated trigger functions support HDMI/HDTV, CAN, LIN, SPI and USB, while AutoProbe and a variety of probes are supported for flexible testing. This manual is written in Chinese.
