Texas Instruments ADS1174/ADS1178 Analog-to-Digital Converters Datasheet
The ADS1174 and ADS1178 are multiple delta-sigma analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) that allow synchronous sampling of four and eight channels, respectively. These devices feature a high-order, chopper-stabilized modulator achieving very low drift and low noise, combined with an on-chip finite impulse response (FIR) filter.
