The SN65LVDS and SN65LVDT families are high‑speed differential line receivers that operate from a single 3.3 V supply. They meet ANSI/TIA‑644 standards, provide integrated 110 Ω line‑termination, and include a fail‑safe circuit that drives a high‑level output within 600 ns after loss of the input signal.

The devices are offered in small‑outline packages, support a wide common‑mode input range (‑2 V to +5 V), and are rated for operation from –40 °C to 85 °C. Electrical and switching characteristics such as propagation delay, output skew, and ESD protection are detailed in the datasheet.
