Texas Instruments ADS1174/ADS1178 Analog-to-Digital Converters Datasheet

The ADS1174 and ADS1178 are high-precision, high-sample rate, low-power 16-bit analog-to-digital converters. They are synchronous multichannel analog-to-digital converters that support four-channel and eight-channel synchronous sampling. The two products have the same package, so they can be directly replaced by each other.

About this manual

The ADS1174 and ADS1178 are multiple delta-sigma analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) that allow synchronous sampling of four and eight channels, respectively. These devices feature a high-order, chopper-stabilized modulator achieving very low drift and low noise, combined with an on-chip finite impulse response (FIR) filter.
