STMicroelectronics TD220/221 Gate Driver Datasheet

STMicroelectronics TD220/221 Gate Driver Datasheet

Datasheet 8 pages · 81 KB · EN

The TD220 and TD221 are integrated solutions designed for micro-controller based off-line applications. These devices combine a two-point regulator for power supply generation with a linear voltage regulator (3.3V for the TD220 or 5V for the TD221) to power the microcontroller, alongside a dedicated MOSFET driver.
