MOC301XM, MOC302XM are 6-Pin DIP random-phase optoisolators triac driver outputs (250/400 volt peak). They feature excellent IFT stability, high isolation voltage, UL recognition, and VDE recognition. They are suitable for industrial controls, solenoid/valve controls, traffic lights, static AC power switches, vending machines, incandescent lamp dimmers, solid state relays, motor control, and lamp ballasts.
