Fairchild Semiconductor MOC3042M Zero-Cross Optoisolator Datasheet
The MOC3042M is a 6-pin DIP zero-voltage crossing optoisolator consisting of a GaAs infrared emitting diode coupled to a monolithic silicon detector. It is designed to simplify logic control of 115 VAC power by driving a triac in the interface of logic systems to equipment powered from AC lines.
