The AD580 is a high precision, 2.5 V IC reference chip launched by Analog Devices. The chip adopts a 3-pipe structure and integrates a precision temperature compensation circuit. The output voltage is 2.5V, and the input voltage range is 4.5-30V. AD580 has excellent temperature stability and long-term stability. Its output voltage changes within ±0.4% in the working temperature range. At 25℃, the long-term stability is 25μV/month.
