Analog Devices AD589 2-Terminal Voltage Reference Datasheet
The AD589 is a 2‑terminal, temperature‑compensated band‑gap voltage reference that delivers a fixed 1.23 V output over a wide input‑current range (50 µA‑5 mA). It is available in metal‑can and SOIC packages and in several temperature‑grade versions.
The device features low output impedance (0.6 Ω), low RMS noise (≈5 µV), and fast turn‑on settling (≈25 µs). It can be used directly as a reference for ADCs, DACs, or as a building block for higher‑voltage references.
