STM32W108C8 is a high-performance IEEE 802.15.4 wireless SoC system with 64KB flash memory. It features a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M3 processor, a 2.4 GHz IEEE 802.15.4 transceiver, and lower MAC capabilities. The chip also has flexible ADC, SPI/UART/I2C serial communications, and general-purpose timers.
