STMicroelectronics L6569/L6569A High Voltage Half Bridge Driver Datasheet
The L6569 and L6569A are high voltage half bridge drivers with an integrated oscillator, designed to drive external n-channel power MOSFETs and IGBTs. The device features a high voltage rail up to 600V and includes an internal bootstrap diode structure to charge the bootstrap capacitor, eliminating the need for an external diode in some applications. Two versions are available, differing in their low voltage gate driver startup sequence.
