L6569 L6569A is a high voltage half bridge driver with built-in oscillator, BCD offline technology, internal bootstrap diode structure, input voltage range up to 600V, strong driving current capability, can drive n-channel power MOSFET and IGBT. The device has an internal logic circuit to ensure a dead time of 1.25µs to avoid cross-conduction of power devices.
