STMicroelectronics ST1S40 DC Step-Down Switching Regulator Datasheet
The ST1S40 is an internally compensated 850 kHz fixed-frequency PWM synchronous step-down regulator designed for uP/ASIC/DSP/FPGA core and I/O supplies. It operates from a 4.0 V to 18 V input voltage range and regulates an output voltage as low as 0.8 V. The device integrates a 95 mΩ high-side switch and a 69 mΩ synchronous rectifier to achieve high efficiency with a minimum component count.
