Philips PCF2104x LCD Controller/Driver Datasheet
The Philips PCF2104x is a single-chip LCD controller and driver designed for chip-on-glass applications. It supports displays of 1 or 2 lines by 24 characters, or 2 or 4 lines by 12 characters, using a 5x7 or 5x8 dot format. The device includes on-chip generation of intermediate LCD bias voltages, eliminating the need for external resistive bias chains and reducing system power consumption.
