FOD852 is a 4-pin high operating temperature photodarlington optocoupler. It features a compact 4-pin package, high current transfer ratio of at least 1000%, C-UL, UL, and VDE approval, high input-output isolation voltage of 5000Vrms, and high operating temperature of 100°C.

The FOD8321 is a 2.5A Output Current Gate Drive Optocoupler, capable of driving medium power IGBT/MOSFET. It features reliable high voltage insulation with greater than 8mm creepage and clearance distance, 0.5mm internal insulation distance, and a compact footprint. The product has a minimum common mode rejection of 20kV/µs, a wide supply voltage range from 15V to 30V, fast switching speed with a maximum propagation delay of 500ns and maximum pulse width distortion of 300ns. It also includes UnderVoltage LockOut (UVLO) with hysteresis and can operate in an extended industrial temperature range of -40 to 100°C. The product has safety and regulatory approvals such as UL1577 and DIN EN/IEC60747-5-5.

The FOD8320 is a high noise immunity, 2.5A output current optocoupler. It features Fairchild's Optoplanar® packaging technology, providing reliable and high voltage insulation with greater than 10mm creepage and clearance distance, and 0.5mm internal insulation distance while still offering a compact footprint. The output stage utilizes P-Channel MOSFETs, enabling output voltage swing close to the supply rail. It offers a minimum common mode rejection of 35kV/µs, a wide supply voltage range from 15V to 30V, fast switching speed over the full operating temperature range, under voltage lockout (UVLO) with hysteresis, extended industrial temperature range from -40 to 100°C, and safety and regulatory approvals such as UL1577 and DIN EN/IEC60747-5-5. It is suitable for applications such as AC and brushless DC motor drives, industrial inverters, uninterruptible power supplies, induction heating, and isolated IGBT/power MOSFET gate drive.
