Analog Devices ADCMP607 Manuals

The ADCMP606 and ADCMP607 are very fast comparators manufactured by Analog Devices. They operate in the voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V. Their input common-mode voltage range is from -0.2V to VCCI+0.2V. They have CML-compatible output stages with a propagation delay of 1.25ns and a power consumption of [email protected] power supply.
