ADCMP563/ADCMP564 are high-speed differential ECL comparators produced by Analog Devices. They have a propagation delay of 700ps, a propagation delay dispersion of 75ps, an input common range of -2.0V to +3.0V, solid-state input protection, differential latch control, internal latch pull-up resistors, power supply rejection ratio greater than 85dB, a minimum pulse width of 700ps, 1.5GHz equivalent input rise time bandwidth, a typical output rise/fall time of 500ps, ESD protection>4kV HBM,>200V MM, and programmable hysteresis.
