Analog Devices AD7715 3 V/5 V 450 pA 16-Bit Sigma-Delta ADC Datasheet
The AD7715 is a complete analog front end for low frequency measurement applications designed to accept low level input signals directly from a transducer. It employs a sigma-delta conversion technique to achieve up to 16 bits of no missing codes performance and features a proprietary programmable gain front end with gains of 1, 2, 32, and 128.
The device operates from single supplies of +3 V or +5 V and includes a three-wire serial interface compatible with SPI, QSPI, MICROWIRE, and DSP protocols. It features on-chip self-calibration and system calibration options to eliminate gain and offset errors, making it ideal for smart systems based on microcontrollers or DSPs.
