AD7715 is a 3V/5V, 450µA 16-bit Sigma-Delta ADC with low power consumption, low nonlinearity, programmable gain, differential input, three-wire serial interface and other features.
The AD7715 is a complete analog front‑end for low‑frequency measurement applications. It accepts differential analog inputs, provides programmable gain (1, 2, 32, 128), and outputs data via a three‑wire serial interface compatible with SPI, QSPI, Microwire and DSP. The device includes on‑chip self‑calibration and system‑calibration options to eliminate gain and offset errors.
Key specifications include 16‑bit resolution with no missing codes, low supply current (450 nA max at 3 V), standby current below 10 pA, and power‑down mode. It is offered in 16‑lead DIP, SOIC and TSSOP packages and operates from a single +3 V or +5 V supply.
