STMicroelectronics L6730/L6730B Adjustable Step-Down Controller Datasheet
The L6730 and L6730B are integrated circuits designed using BICMOS-DMOS technology to provide complete control logic and protection for high-performance step-down DC/DC and niPOL converters. They are designed to drive N-Channel MOSFETs in a synchronous rectified buck converter topology, with an output voltage adjustable down to 0.6 V with +0.8% accuracy over line voltage and temperature.
