Fairchild NC7SP125 TinyLogic ULP Buffer with 3-STATE Output Datasheet
The NC7SP125 is a single Buffer with 3-STATE output designed for ultra low power consumption within the Vcc operating range of 0.9V to 3.6V. It features overvoltage tolerant I/Os at Vcc from 0.9V to 3.6V and uses patented Quiet Series noise/EMI reduction circuitry.
The device is available in two leadfree packages: the 5-Lead SC70 (EIAJ SC-88a) and the 6-Lead MicroPak.
