This datasheet describes the TMS27C128 series of 131,072-bit ultraviolet-light erasable, electrically programmable read-only memories (EPROMs) and the TMS27PC128 series of one-time electrically programmable read-only memories (PROMs). Both devices utilize power-saving CMOS technology and are pin-compatible with existing 128K MOS ROMs, PROMs, and EPROMs.
